A total of 98 officers finished 21 weeks of training at the force's Sedgley Park base before being sent to districts across Greater Manchester.
The officers studied legislation, investigation techniques, victim care, interviewing, safeguarding, emergency response and community policing.
They also completed eight days of officer safety training covering restraint, arrests and responses to different situations.
The recruits will now continue their training in response policing, neighbourhood teams, district investigation teams and other specialist areas.
Those on the Detective Constable Entry Programme will complete frontline training before moving into Criminal Investigation Department roles.
Chief Superintendent Phillip Hutchinson, from GMP's People and Development team, said: “What makes this cohort so extraordinary is not just the number of officers graduating, but the incredible range of experiences, skills and backgrounds they bring with them.
“Throughout their training at Sedgley Park, they have demonstrated resilience and a real commitment to public service.
“Whether they are former military personnel, college leavers, Special Constables or individuals embarking on an entirely new career later in life, each officer has a unique story and a shared determination to make a difference to the communities of Greater Manchester.”
Among the recruits is PC Ben Miller, 21, from Halifax, who previously trained with the Royal Marines.
GMP said he detained a suspected shoplifter while off duty in West Yorkshire during his first weeks of training.
PC David Tod, 57, originally from New Zealand, joined through the Detective Constable Entry Programme after working as a sports psychologist and university lecturer.
PC Daniel Yeager, 45, originally from Chicago, left a career in marketing with Sky to join the force.
PC Jazmine Craig, 23, from Manchester, previously worked as an Investigation Support Officer within Serious and Organised Crime and volunteered as a Special Constable.
The officers passed out at Sedgley Park in front of guests including Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed al Thani, High Sheriff Mark Llewellin, Deputy Chief Fire Officer Carlos Meakin and Assistant Chief Fire Officer Jim Willmott.
GMP said it is currently recruiting police constables and transferees.
